Terms and conditions


Our terms and conditions are quite simple and generous, we hope you act the same.
When using the website, submitting a shirt, and/or agreeing to the "terms and conditions" the user (you)
agree to the following:


1. You agree that your design can be published on bookis.org and printed on an unlimited number of t-shirts for up to 180 days after submitting the design.
2. You are free to use the design in any other way you please, as the design still belongs to you.
3. You acknowledge that the design you are submitting to bookis.org is your own original work and you own all rights to it, including anything portrayed in the design (logo's, trademarks, etc..).
4. You will receive the dollar amount that you specify ("user profit") during the submission process for each completed transaction (bookis.org receives funds from the purchaser). You can request your funds at any time via email (send requests to
bookis@bookis.org
) as long as the balance we owe to you is $25 or more. If your design is removed from the site you will be paid the remaining balance (even if the balance is under $25).
5. We (bookis.org) have the right to remove your design from the website at anytime.
6. In your design submission or in any part of your user profile don't be rude, hateful, racist, sexist, or any of those other "ists" that may offend anyone.

"Kickoff Contest" contest rules


1. The pre-order amount determined during the creation process must be at least 40.
2. No more than 2 shirts may be purchased per billing/shipping address (unless approved by bookis.org).
3. The winner will be the first design that meets all other requirements to fill all pre-orders.
4. When a winner is determined the contest is over.
5. After the contest is over the winner will receive the sale amount for each completed pre-order. (all completed sales) x (number of pre-orders). 6. For each sale after the contest is over the winner will receive the amount specified in the 'user profit' field during the shirt creation process.
